National Black Taskforce on COVID-19

The National Black Taskforce on COVID-19 is a collaborative effort formed to address the pandemic's disproportionate impact on Black communities in the United States. Comprised of public health officials, community leaders, and organizations, the taskforce focuses on promoting equitable access to healthcare, combating misinformation, and implementing strategies to reduce infection rates. It aims to ensure that Black Americans receive necessary resources, support, and vaccinations, while also advocating for systemic changes to improve health outcomes and address social determinants of health.
