Nanoemulsions
Nanoemulsions are tiny mixtures of oil and water, stabilized by substances called emulsifiers. Unlike regular emulsions, which have larger droplets, nanoemulsions have droplets that are less than 100 nanometers in size—about one thousandth the width of a human hair. This small size allows them to be more stable and easily absorbed by the body, making them useful in various fields like pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and food. They enhance the delivery of active ingredients, improve texture, and can even boost the effectiveness of some products by facilitating better absorption and distribution.
