Myanmar Parliament
Myanmar's Parliament, known as the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw, is the country's legislative body responsible for making national laws, reviewing policies, and overseeing government actions. It is a bicameral system, comprising two houses: the Assembly of the Union (upper house) and the Pyithu Hluttaw (lower house). Members are elected through national elections, representing various political parties and regions. The Parliament debates legislation, approves budgets, and provides a platform for discussing national issues, playing a key role in Myanmar's federal governance and democratic process.
