Musical scales

A musical scale is a sequence of notes arranged in a specific order, typically following a pattern of intervals (distances between notes). Scales form the foundation for melodies and harmonies in music. The most common scale, the major scale, moves through whole and half steps in a specific pattern, creating a bright, stable sound. Other scales, like minor scales, use different interval patterns to evoke varied emotions.
