Mudbrick

Mudbrick is a building material made by mixing clay, water, and sometimes straw or other stabilizers, then shaping the mixture into molds to form bricks. These bricks are dried naturally in the sun until hard enough to use for construction. Mudbricks are an ancient and eco-friendly method, common in many parts of the world, especially in regions where clay is abundant. They offer good insulation, keeping buildings cool in hot weather and warm in cold. While more susceptible to weathering than modern materials, properly maintained mudbrick structures can be durable and environmentally sustainable.
