MRI scan

An MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) scan uses powerful magnets, radio waves, and a computer to create detailed images of the inside of your body. It detects how hydrogen atoms in your tissues respond to the magnetic fields to produce cross-sectional pictures of organs, muscles, and structures, helping doctors diagnose health issues. The process is non-invasive, safe, and painless, often requiring you to lie still inside a tube-shaped machine. MRI scans are particularly useful for visualizing soft tissues, such as the brain, spinal cord, and joints, providing crucial information for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
