Monadology (work)

Monadology, by Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz, presents a metaphysical framework where the universe is composed of simple, indivisible entities called monads. Monads are like fundamental "building blocks" that have no physical parts and are not influenced by anything outside themselves, yet they reflect the entire universe from their unique perspective. Each monad is unique and divine in nature, continuously developing in harmony with others through pre-established harmony. Leibniz’s monadology explains reality as a seamless, interconnected network of these immaterial substances, emphasizing that everything is interconnected through the perception and harmony of monads.
