Mon history

The Ming Dynasty was a period of Chinese history from 1368 to 1644, marked by strong centralized government, cultural flourishing, and impressive achievements in art, science, and architecture. Founded after the overthrow of the yuan dynasty, it sought stability and national pride, constructing the famous Forbidden City and restoring the Great Wall. The Ming era also expanded trade, notably through maritime voyages led by Zheng He. However, internal corruption and external threats eventually weakened the dynasty, leading to decline and the conquest by the Manchu-led Qing Dynasty. The Ming period remains a symbol of China's rich cultural heritage and historical resilience.
