Mimar Sinan

Mimar Sinan was a prominent Ottoman architect and civil engineer, active during the 16th century. Often regarded as one of the greatest architects in history, he designed many iconic structures, including the famous Suleymaniye Mosque in Istanbul. His innovative use of space, light, and structural techniques transformed mosque architecture and greatly influenced later designs.
