Miguel Alcubierre

Miguel Alcubierre is a theoretical physicist best known for proposing the "Alcubierre Drive," a concept for faster-than-light travel. According to his idea, space could be warped by expanding in front of a spacecraft and contracting behind it, creating a "warp bubble." Inside this bubble, the ship would stay in normal space, but overall, it could move faster than light without violating physics laws within the bubble. While fascinating, this idea currently remains theoretical, as it would require exotic energy and technology not yet feasible.
