Maoist Internationalist Movement
The Maoist Internationalist Movement (MIM) was a communist organization founded in the 1980s committed to promoting Maoist principles, emphasizing revolutionary struggle for a classless society. It focused on advocating for oppressed classes, particularly marginalized and impoverished groups, viewing imperialism and capitalism as main enemies. MIM combined Marxist-Leninist-Maoist ideologies with internationalist perspectives, supporting revolutionary movements globally. The organization aimed to dismantle systems of exploitation and promote socialist revolution through activism and education. It disbanded in the late 2000s, but its ideas continue influence certain leftist and revolutionary contexts.
