
Malala Yousafzai (Education Activist)
Malala Yousafzai is a Pakistani education activist known for her efforts to promote girls' education, especially in her home region of Swat Valley, where the Taliban opposed schooling for girls. In 2012, at age 15, she survived an assassination attempt by the Taliban for her outspoken views. Since then, Malala has become a global symbol for the right to education. She co-authored the memoir "I Am Malala" and co-founded the Malala Fund, which advocates for educational opportunities for girls worldwide. In 2014, she became the youngest-ever Nobel Prize laureate, receiving the Nobel Peace Prize for her courageous activism.
