Lung Injury Research Consortium

The Lung Injury Research Network (LIRN) is a collaborative organization that brings together researchers, clinicians, and hospitals to study and improve treatments for lung injuries, especially Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS). Its goal is to understand how lung injuries develop, identify effective therapies, and improve patient outcomes through coordinated research efforts. By sharing data and resources, LIRN aims to fast-track discoveries and translate findings into better care for patients with serious lung problems.
