LPA Receivers
LPA receivers, or Law of Property Act receivers, are appointed to manage and protect property when the owner is in financial trouble, usually due to missed loan payments. Their main role is to take control of the property, ensure it is well-maintained, and generate income from it, often by renting it out. This helps preserve the property's value and allows creditors to recover some of the debt owed. The receivers operate under legal authority granted by the Law of Property Act, acting in the best interest of both the property and the creditors.
