Lower Paleolithic

The Lower Paleolithic is the earliest phase of human history, beginning about 2.5 million years ago and lasting until around 300,000 years ago. During this time, early humans primarily used basic stone tools for activities like cutting, hunting, and processing food. It marks the period when our ancestors, such as Homo habilis and Homo erectus, first appeared and began to adapt to various environments across Africa and beyond.
