Load

In electrical terms, "load" refers to the devices or appliances that consume electricity, such as lights, computers, or refrigerators. It represents the total amount of electrical power these devices require to operate. When a device is connected to a power source, it draws current based on its power needs. Managing load is important to ensure circuits are not overloaded, which can cause circuit breakers to trip or wiring to overheat.
