Liu Yu

Liu Yu was a prominent Chinese military general and politician during the late Northern and Southern Dynasties (420–589 AD). He played a key role in unifying northern China under the Eastern Jin Dynasty and later became Emperor of the Liu Song Dynasty through military conquest in 420 AD. Known for his strategic skills and leadership, Liu Yu established stability and founded a new ruling dynasty, shaping China's political landscape during that turbulent period. His legacy is marked by his efforts to restore Chinese unity after centuries of division.
