
Lisa Jackson
Lisa Jackson is an American environmentalist and public administrator known for her role as the Administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) from 2009 to 2013 under President Barack Obama. She was the first African American to hold this position. Jackson focused on enforcing environmental regulations, addressing climate change, and promoting clean energy policies. After her tenure at the EPA, she has worked in the private sector, including as Vice President for Environment, Policy, and Social Initiatives at Apple, where she continues to advocate for sustainable practices and corporate responsibility in environmental issues.
