Linen care and maintenance
Linen, made from flax fibers, is valued for its durability and breathability. To care for linen, wash in cold or lukewarm water using a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Avoid bleach, as it can weaken fibers. Line dry or tumble dry on low to prevent shrinking; remove while slightly damp for easier ironing. For stubborn wrinkles, iron on medium heat, ideally while the fabric is still slightly damp. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. Regular maintenance keeps linen soft and enhances its natural luster over time.
