Levers

A lever is a simple machine that helps move or lift objects more easily by using a rigid bar and a fulcrum, or support point. When you apply force at one end, the lever amplifies that force, allowing you to lift heavier loads or move objects with less effort. Think of a seesaw or a crowbar—it’s all about changing the direction and magnitude of the force to make difficult tasks easier. Levers work based on the principle of leverage, balancing force and distance to optimize effort and achieve a desired movement or lift.
