Lebanese Navy

The Lebanese Navy is the maritime force responsible for defending Lebanon’s coastline, sovereignty, and maritime interests in the Mediterranean Sea. It conducts coastal patrols, anti-smuggling operations, search and rescue missions, and helps maintain maritime stability. As part of Lebanon’s armed forces, it also supports law enforcement efforts and coordinates with international partners. Despite limited resources and regional challenges, the navy plays a vital role in safeguarding Lebanon’s maritime borders and ensuring safe navigation in its waters.
