Language and Abstract Objects
Language is a system of symbols and rules that we use to communicate thoughts, ideas, and emotions. Abstract objects, like numbers, concepts, and truths, exist in our minds rather than as physical entities. In general knowledge, language helps us express and share our understanding of these abstract objects. For instance, we use words to discuss concepts like love or justice, even though they can't be seen or touched. This interplay between language and abstract objects allows us to explore complex ideas, share knowledge, and build our understanding of the world around us.
