King of the Zulus
The King of the Zulus is the traditional leader of the Zulu people, a nation originating from southern Africa. Historically, the Zulu king holds significant cultural and spiritual authority, guiding tribal customs, language, and social practices. The most famous is Shaka Zulu, who unified many clans in the early 19th century through military innovation. Today, while the role is largely ceremonial within South Africa's constitutional framework, the king remains a symbol of Zulu heritage and identity, and he plays an important role in cultural ceremonies and community leadership.
