Khilafat Young Men's Association
The Khilafat Young Men’s Association was a socio-political organization founded in early 20th-century India to protect the Ottoman Caliphate, the spiritual leadership of Muslims worldwide. It aimed to unify Indian Muslims in defending the Caliphate’s authority and oppose its disbandment after World War I. The association also promoted social reforms, educational initiatives, and solidarity among Muslims, contributing to the larger nationalist movement. By rallying Muslim communities around a shared religious identity, it sought to strengthen their political voice and preserve their religious traditions within the broader struggle against colonial rule.
