Khalsa Panth
The Khalsa Panth is the collective body of committed Sikh warriors founded in 1699 by Guru Gobind Singh. It represents those Sikhs who have undertaken the Amrit initiation, committing to uphold justice, equality, and spiritual discipline. The Khalsa embodies the principles of courage, righteousness, and devotion to God, serving as a spiritual and martial community dedicated to defending human rights and maintaining moral integrity. It emphasizes community, shared identity, and adherence to the Five Ks—distinct articles of faith—symbolizing purity, discipline, and equality among all people.
