Kademlia

Kademlia is a decentralized network system that allows computers to find and share information efficiently without a central authority. Each computer has a unique ID and maintains a list of other computers' IDs, enabling quick routing of messages through the network. When a computer wants to find specific data, it asks the closest known computers, which then point it closer and closer to the target. This structure makes the network fast, reliable, and resistant to failures or censorship, as no single point controls it. Kademlia is commonly used in peer-to-peer applications like file sharing and cryptocurrencies.
