Kabul Military Training Center

The Kabul Military Training Center (KMTC) was a major training facility in Afghanistan where military personnel, mainly Afghan soldiers, received instruction in combat tactics, leadership, and security skills. Located near Kabul, it served as a key site for preparing troops to maintain national security and stability. The center included classrooms, training grounds, and accommodations, functioning as a central hub for military education during Afghanistan’s efforts to build its own security forces. It played a vital role in the country's military development until its closure following the change in government in 2021.
