Juan Boscán

Juan Boscán was a Spanish poet and nobleman from the 16th century, best known for introducing the Italian sonnet form to Spanish literature. His works, written in both Spanish and Catalan, often explored themes of love and beauty. Boscán collaborated with the famous poet Garcilaso de la Vega, and together they significantly influenced the Spanish Renaissance poetry scene.
