JST

JST, or Japan Standard Time, is the time zone that covers all of Japan. It is 9 hours ahead of Coordinated Universal Time (UTC+9). JST helps coordinate activities across Japan by providing a single, consistent time reference. Unlike some countries that use multiple time zones, Japan operates on one standard time throughout the entire country, making scheduling and communication straightforward domestically. JST does not observe daylight saving time, so the time remains constant year-round. Essentially, JST ensures everyone in Japan shares the same time reference for work, travel, and daily life.
