JA Company Program
The JA Company Program is an educational initiative developed by Junior Achievement (JA) that empowers students to create and manage their own small businesses. Participants, typically high school students, work in teams to develop a business idea, create a product or service, and learn about key business concepts such as finance, marketing, and teamwork. Throughout the program, students gain hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, build valuable skills, and foster a better understanding of the economic landscape. The JA Company Program not only teaches practical business skills but also encourages innovation, leadership, and collaboration among young people.
