International Mathematical Olympiad
The International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO) is an annual competition for the world's top high school mathematicians. Students from around 100 countries participate by solving challenging, creative math problems that test their logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and mathematical knowledge. The IMO consists of two days of rigorous exams, each with several problems to be solved without calculators. Participants are selected through national contests and represent their countries. The IMO promotes mathematical excellence, international friendship, and the pursuit of advanced mathematical understanding among young scholars globally.
