Image sensor technology

Image sensor technology is the component inside devices like cameras that captures light and turns it into digital images. It consists of millions of tiny elements called pixels, each measuring light intensity. When you take a photo, the sensor detects the amount of light hitting each pixel, converting it into electrical signals. These signals are processed to create the digital picture you see. There are two main types: CCD and CMOS sensors. Advances in sensor technology improve image quality, low-light performance, and speed, enabling clearer, more detailed photos on smartphones, cameras, and other electronic devices.
