IEP Team

An IEP Team, or Individualized Education Program Team, is a group of individuals who collaborate to develop and implement an educational plan tailored to meet the specific needs of a student with a disability. This team typically includes the student’s parents, teachers, special education professionals, and sometimes the student themselves. The goal is to create a plan that outlines personalized goals, accommodations, and services to support the student’s learning and help them succeed academically and socially. Regular meetings ensure the plan is updated as the student's needs change.
