ICE Mutual Agreement Between Government and Employers (IMAGE)

The IMAGE program, initiated by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), is a partnership between the government and employers aimed at promoting lawful employment practices. Through IMAGE, participating businesses commit to implementing tools and practices that ensure they are hiring authorized workers, thereby helping to reduce the employment of undocumented individuals. In return, these employers gain access to training and resources to better understand and comply with immigration laws, as well as a recognition of their efforts in fostering a lawful workforce. This collaboration is intended to enhance workplace integrity and reduce the burden of illegal employment.
