I/Me Concept
The I/Me concept comes from psychology and describes two aspects of self-awareness. "I" is the active, subjective part—your inner voice, thoughts, and feelings that initiate actions. "Me" is the objective, observed self—how others see you and how you view yourself from the outside. Together, they help explain how you perceive your identity and interact with the world: "I" drives your intentions, while "Me" reflects your self-image and social identity. Understanding this balance can improve self-awareness and personal development.
