I-129F Form

The I-129F form, also known as the Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), is a document filed by a U.S. citizen to bring their foreign fiancé(e) to the United States. This form is the first step in the visa process, allowing the fiancé(e) to apply for a K-1 visa to enter the U.S. for marriage. Once the I-129F is approved, the foreign fiancé(e) can apply for the visa, enabling them to enter the country and marry within 90 days. After marriage, they can apply for permanent residency.
