Hybrid Eclipse

A hybrid eclipse is a rare type of solar eclipse that shifts between a total eclipse (where the Sun is fully covered) and an annular eclipse (where a ring of sunlight remains around the Moon). This occurs because the Earth's surface curvature causes the apparent distance between the Earth and Moon to change along the eclipse path. As a result, some locations see the Sun completely covered, while others see a ring of sunlight. It combines features of both total and annular eclipses, making it unique and interesting to observe.
