Human cells (Homo sapiens)
Human cells are the basic building blocks of our bodies, each functioning like tiny units carrying out specific tasks necessary for life. They contain a nucleus with genetic material (DNA) that dictates how the cell operates and reproduces. Cells are surrounded by a membrane that controls what enters and exits. Different types of cells perform specialized roles, such as muscle cells for movement, nerve cells for communication, and blood cells for transporting oxygen. Together, these cells form tissues, organs, and systems, working in harmony to maintain health, growth, and reproduction.
