Horcrux

A Horcrux is a fictional magical object from the Harry Potter series, used to achieve immortality. It is created when a wizard or witch secretly murders someone, which tears apart their soul. The dark magic then allows a fragment of that soul to be hidden inside an object, making the person effectively immortal as long as the Horcrux remains intact. Destroying all Horcruxes is necessary to eliminate the dark wizard's immortality. This concept combines elements of spellcasting and soul manipulation, highlighting themes of sacrifice, power, and the corrupting influence of dark magic.
