Hesperides

The Hesperides are figures from Greek mythology, often depicted as nymphs or goddesses who tend a sacred garden in the far western land. Their most famous story involves guarding a tree that bears golden apples, which were a gift from Gaia to Hera. Heracles (Hercules) was tasked with retrieving these apples as one of his Twelve Labors.
