Hartman's theory

Hartman's theory, often related to color and personality types, suggests that individuals have a dominant color personality—such as red, blue, white, or black—that influences their behaviors, motivations, and perceptions. Each color represents certain traits: reds are assertive and goal-oriented, blues are caring and detail-focused, whites are peaceful and adaptable, and blacks are disciplined and reserved. Recognizing one’s dominant color helps improve self-understanding, communication, and personal development by highlighting natural strengths and tendencies, encouraging individuals to leverage their inherent traits effectively in various aspects of life.
