Guru Angad

Guru Angad was the second Guru of Sikhism, succeeding Guru Nanak. Born as Lehna, he was a devoted disciple who deeply embraced Guru Nanak’s teachings. He established the Gurmukhi script, which became the written language of the Sikh scriptures, and promoted discipline, humility, and service. Guru Angad emphasized the importance of community and equality, laying foundations for Sikh identity and values.
