Grief and Loss

Grief and loss refer to the emotional responses we experience when we face the departure or absence of someone or something meaningful in our lives. Loss can include death, relationship breakups, health changes, or significant life shifts. Grief is the natural process of adjusting to that loss, which may involve feelings of sadness, anger, confusion, or loneliness. These reactions are normal and vary for each person. While painful, grieving helps us process the change and eventually find a way to move forward, carrying the memory of what we've lost while adapting to a new reality.
