Grade Point Average (GPA)

Grade Point Average (GPA) is a numerical representation of a student’s overall academic performance, calculated by averaging the grades earned in all courses, typically on a 4.0 scale. Each course grade is assigned a point value (e.g., A=4, B=3), multiplied by the course's credit hours, and then summed up and divided by the total credit hours taken.
