Global Goals for Sustainable Development
The Global Goals for Sustainable Development, also known as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), are a universal call to action established by the United Nations to address pressing global challenges by 2030. They consist of 17 goals, including eliminating poverty, ensuring quality education, promoting gender equality, and taking climate action. These goals aim to create a more equitable, sustainable world by encouraging countries to work together to improve health, protect the environment, and promote prosperity while leaving no one behind. Each goal is interconnected, recognizing that progress in one area can impact others positively.
