Güyük Khan
Güyük Khan was the third Great Khan of the Mongol Empire, ruling from 1246 to 1248. Son of Ögedei Khan, he was a skilled leader who helped expand and unify the vast Mongol territories after his father's death. His leadership faced challenges, including internal disputes and opposition from rival factions. Güyük worked to strengthen the empire’s centralized authority and maintain Mongol dominance across Eurasia. His reign was relatively brief, and he is remembered as a key figure in consolidating Mongol power during their expansive empire-building period.
