FST-7, or Fascia Stretch Training, is a bodybuilding technique designed to enhance muscle growth by targeting the fascia—the connective tissue around muscles. It involves performing seven sets of an exercise with short rest periods, focusing on maximally stretching the fascia. The idea is that this intense stretching creates more space for muscles to expand and grow. Typically used at the end of a workout, FST-7 aims to increase muscle size, improve muscle density, and promote better muscle definition by encouraging the fascia to adapt and expand.
