Front of House (FOH) refers to the areas and staff members in a restaurant, theater, or event space who interact directly with guests or patrons. This includes the reception, seating areas, servers, hosts, bartenders, and management responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience. FOH staff handle reservations, seating, customer service, and payments, acting as the primary point of contact. Essentially, Front of House is the face of the establishment, responsible for creating a welcoming environment and facilitating smooth operations to enhance guest satisfaction.
