Friday Prayer
Friday Prayer, or Jumu'ah, is a weekly congregational Muslim prayer held every Friday around midday. It replaces the regular Dhuhr prayer and includes a communal gathering where a sermon (khutbah) is delivered by the imam, focusing on spiritual, moral, and community topics. Attendees perform two units (rak'ahs) of prayer together, emphasizing unity and reflection. The prayer encourages Muslims to come together for worship, community bonding, and to seek guidance, making it a significant weekly event that fosters spiritual connection and social cohesion.
