Freud's Psychoanalytic Theory

Freud’s Psychoanalytic Theory suggests that our mind has three parts: the conscious (what you're aware of), the subconscious (beneath awareness), and the unconscious (deeply buried feelings and desires). These inner parts influence our thoughts, behaviors, and emotions, often without us realizing. Freud believed that early childhood experiences shape these inner dynamics and that conflicts among these parts can lead to mental struggles. Therapy aims to uncover and understand these hidden influences, helping individuals resolve inner conflicts and achieve psychological well-being.
